Use hashtags to group contacts and a 0-5 rating to mark overall relationship priority.

Source explains where the relationship or business came from. Campaign and Source URL preserve attribution, while a referral contact identifies the person who introduced the client.

The Activity tab keeps Contact notes separate from Lead and Opportunity notes. Mark an entry as priority when it should stay at the top of the Contact timeline.

Save professionals once, then search and reuse them across files. Their business details stay with the contact; each transaction separately records the role they play.

Merge is for two records of the same person. It is not for spouses, co-buyers, or other distinct people.
